Countrio is a geography quiz game published by Mythlark (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing Countrio you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not play. When we make a material change, the game asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Countrio on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, including its artwork, design, text and code, belongs to Mythlark or its licensors. Notices for third-party components, including the typefaces, are bundled with the app.
You agree not to:
Coins, hints, unlocks and similar in-game items are game features, not property: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and are lost if your save is deleted. We may rebalance, change or reset them as part of operating and tuning the game.
In-app purchases (such as Remove Ads) are made through, billed by and delivered by the app store you use, under that store’s terms, including its refund policy. Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that can be restored through the same store account. Coin packs are consumable purchases: their coins are added to your local game save and are not restored through Restore Purchases. Resetting progress or losing the save can remove your coin balance. Contact support if a paid purchase was not delivered. Purchases grant rights to use features within the game, not ownership of the game or its content. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
Unless removed by purchase, the game shows third-party advertising as described in the Privacy Policy. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; an advertisement is not an endorsement by us.
Countrio is a game. Country outlines, names, flags and capitals are simplified for play, follow our data sources, and imply no position by us on any territorial or naming dispute.
We may update the game, and may change or discontinue features, at any time. The game is designed to be playable offline, but advertising and purchases require a network connection and the availability of the third-party services behind them.
Your licence ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the game.
Countrio is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that applies to you under law — including the Australian Consumer Law — that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts there — except where the law of the place you live gives you rights or a venue that cannot be taken away.
