Countrio is a geography quiz game published by Mythlark (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data is handled when you play, and by whom. The short version: the game has no accounts and no sign-up, we run no analytics, and we operate no servers that receive your data. Your progress lives on your device. During gameplay, the third-party data processing described here is provided by advertising and payment services — and the advertising service is not started until you accept the in-app consent notice.
Your game progress — levels, scores, passport stamps, coins, settings and your acceptance of the Terms of Use — is stored in a local save file on your device. It is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Removing the app can remove this save. The in-app progress reset clears gameplay progress, coins and settings while preserving your Remove Ads entitlement.
The game offers advertisements served by Google AdMob. Purchasing Remove Ads removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose to watch one. To serve and measure ads, Google may process data such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads. We do not receive this data ourselves.

In-app purchases are processed entirely by the app store you installed the game from (Google Play, or the Apple App Store). We never see your payment details; the game records purchase information needed to honour Remove Ads and to deliver consumable coin packs. Remove Ads can be restored through the same store account. Coin packs are added to your local game save and are not restored by Restore Purchases. The store’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and investigate reported problems. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Our websites are delivered through our web host and Cloudflare. These services process web-request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the sites. This is separate from your locally stored game progress.
Countrio is a general-audience game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; advertising is served in accordance with the consent choices above and the policies of the app store the game is distributed through.
Requests to access, correct or delete advertising data are best directed to Google through the links above, or handled by resetting your device’s advertising identifier. For any question about this policy, or anything you believe we may hold, contact us at [email protected] and we will help.
If we change this policy, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date, and a material change is re-presented for acceptance inside the game before advertising or purchase services start again.
